Our 30-Day Return Policy

At Furims, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our support team at furims0@gmail.com

Please include the following information in your email:

Your full name and Order Number
The name of the item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return (for example: defective item, wrong product, changed mind, etc.)

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following the process above and then place a new order for the replacement product.
